New Horizon College of Education is an initiative of the New Horizon Educational and Scientific Access Trust (NEAT), an organization driven by the vision of expanding access to quality education and fostering social development. Guided by its motto, “Service to Mankind”, the trust is dedicated to creating opportunities for learning without discrimination of caste, creed, or community.

The trust was established by a group of committed educationists, professionals, and philanthropists who share a common goal of empowering individuals through education and research.
